Günümüzde binalar?n performanslar? enerji tüketimi ve maliyet kriterlerine göre belirlenmektedir. Erken tasar?m a?amas?nda binalarda enerji tüketimlerini azaltacak pasif ve aktif önlemler al?nabilmekte ve bu önlemler sayesinde enerji tüketimleri azalt?labilmektedir. Ancak sadece enerji tüketimlerini azaltmak bina performans?n?n yüksek oldu?u anlam?na gelmemektedir. Bir bina hem enerji hem de maliyet etkin olmal?d?r. Binalar?n ilk yat?r?m maliyetlerine göre performanslar?n?n belirlenmesi yanl??t?r. Bir binan?n maliyet etkin olabilmesi için ilk yat?r?m maliyetine ek olarak ya?am dönemi boyunca ortaya ç?kacak olan bak?m, onar?m, i?letme ve hurda de?eri gibi giderlerin dü?ük olmas? gereklidir. Bu ders kapsam?nda farkl? bina alternatifleri aras?ndan maliyet etkin olanlar? seçebilmek ve tasar?m a?amas?nda do?ru karar verebilmek için ya?am dönemi maliyet analizinin ö?retilmesi amaçlanmaktad?r. |

Nowadays, the performance of buildings is determined according to energy consumption and cost criteria. In the early design phase passive and active measures can be taken to reduce energy consumption in the buildings, and energy consumption can be reduced thanks to these measures. However, reducing energy consumption alone does not mean that building performance is high. A building must be both energy and cost effective. Determining the performance of buildings according to initial investment costs is wrong. In order for a building to be cost-effective, in addition to the initial investment cost, costs such as maintenance, repair, operation and residual value that will arise during the life cycle must be low. Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to teach life cycle cost analysis in order to be able to choose cost effective ones among different building alternatives and to be able to make the right decision during the design phase. |
