Content of the course; to learn the anatomy of bacterial plasmids, to have knowledge about plasmid classification and organization used in cloning and expression studies, to examine the structure of vectors and plasmids used in recombinant DNA studies, to have information about the replication and its control of plasmids, to learn essential functions of plasmids and vectors. |
